After four years, Black Sails started with a legend and ended with a legend. And that’s what made the show brilliant! Black Sails told the tale of pirates set 20 years before the book Treasure Island and the story or should I say Legend of Long John Silver and Captain Flint. By the time that we got to the series finale, it had set up perfectly what would become treasure and the search for Captain Flint’s treasure.

This has been one of my favorite shows and it’s sad to see it end,  but it ended perfectly.  Black Sails has been a fantastic thrill ride and a legendary story that will keep you coming back for more!
