The Exquisite Corpses creators are headlining a signing tour timed to the release of each issue from the first arc, with the first six locations announced, kicking off in Los Angeles at Revenge Of on May 16
James Tynion IV and Tiny Onion have announced the first round of locations for Corpse Tour ‘25, the signing tour to support the new horror series from Image Comics, Exquisite Corpses. Tynion and members of the Exquisite Corpses creative team, dubbed the “Corpse Crew,” will stop at comic shops across North America, making each signing a unique event.
“I don’t think I’ve ever set out to do a signing tour of this scale, but we wanted to pull out all the stops for Exquisite Corpses,” said Tynion. “I couldn’t be more excited to visit a bunch of incredible shops across the country over these next 13 months, and to be joined by some of my amazing Corpse Crew collaborators along the way. Let the game begin!”
Each stop on Corpse Tour ‘25 will feature an intimate Q+A session with Tynion and guests, a signing, and a pop-up shop featuring exclusive tour merch only available at tour locations.
“The goal of Corpse Tour ‘25 is to bottle up the infectious energy at the heart of the creative collaboration of Exquisite Corpses and bring it to the fans,” said Jazzlyn Stone, Director of Communications, Tiny Onion. “We’re working with each shop to make every stop of the tour special to reflect the store hosting us.”
To kick off the tour, Tiny Onion and Revenge Of are combining forces to throw an Exquisite Release Party in Los Angeles. The release party will feature exclusive merch, giveaways, spooky refreshments and treats from Deadly Sweet Co., a signing with artist Alex Pardee, flash tattoos with Ghosted Tattoo Studio, and a giant Corpse Crew signing with Becca Carey, Che Grayson, James Tynion IV, Jordie Bellaire, Michael Walsh, Pornsak Pichetshote, and Tyler Boss.
“Exquisite Corpses is the event of the year, so it was important for us that the release party reflect that. This party has been brewing since the first day of the creator summit, inspired by witnessing the writers’ creative process,” said Harley Salbacka, Community & Events Manager, Tiny Onion. “We want everyone to be able to celebrate the launch of something special with the creators, Tiny Onion, and our friends at Revenge Of!”
In Exquisite Corpses, every five years on Halloween, the wealthiest families in America play a game. 12 of the deadliest people in the world are dropped into a small town with just one goal: last killer standing wins. For the citizens of Oak Valley, Maine—this year’s unlucky arena—the goal is much simpler. They must survive the night. The series will not only feature the work of Tynion IV and Walsh, but also a team of comics superstars. Each issue will build upon the last in a true ‘exquisite corpse’ game style, with a passing of the baton from creator to creator to unfold the story in a collaborative and competitive fashion.

The first set of killers were announced last month, and additional killers have since been revealed by Sami DeMonster and Popverse.
Exquisite Corpses will also be available across many digital platforms, including Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, and Google Play.
