Gothenburg, Sweden – October 17th, 2025 – Ahead of To The Sky and Thunderful’s ferociously fluid co-op action game Godbreakers hitting PC and PlayStation 5 on October 23rd, a new story trailer has dropped for the game, diving into the lore of Godbreakers for the first time. How did humanity contribute to its own downfall with AI? What is the Monad? Why have you taken on the task of destroying it? Godbreakers is a fluid action game for 1-4 players where you engage in slick and responsive combat with fully cancelable actions and devastating chainable abilities. Combine cool loot and shape your combat style by experimenting with builds and unlocking Archetypes, each with their own weapons and traits. Weaken your opponents to initiate “Godbreaks”, where you absorb enemies’ powers and use them against them.
A demo for Godbreakers is available now as part of the Steam Next Fest where the game’s reviews have been ranked as “Very Positive” based on feedback from players. Explore two of the six biomes that will be available in the full game in the demo now and defeat each biomes’ boss to get a taste of the memorable, multi-stage boss fights that await in the full release!
