Japanese Indie Developer Announces Free Steam Release of “Wish Upon A Cat” to Commemorate its 6th Anniversary.
To celebrate Odencat’s sixth anniversary, the company announced its short and sweet anniversary adventure title Wish Upon A Cat is now available for free. The game puts players in the role of cheering up the eponymous mascot as they travel through multiple worlds from across the studio’s history. In addition, Odencat will run a sale on all its Steam titles from now until August 13.
About Wish Upon a Cat
In this short adventure, the protagonist finds themselves sucked into the Odencat multiverse and forced to track down the studio’s beloved mascot, whose inexplicable temper tantrum is threatening to cause a second Big Bang! The story unfolds from a mysterious apartment building where dimensional gateways to popular Odencat titles like Bear’s Restaurant, Snowman Story, Fishing Paradiso, and Meg’s Monster have opened up. Players will have to track down the Oden-loving cat through these intertwined realities in order to prevent a total interdimensional collapse.
