Wolcen Studio today unveiled the ExtrAction RPG Project Pantheon as Gods, Death & Reapers (GDR) at the Future Game Show during gamescom 2025. Currently in development for PC, Gods, Death & Reapersblends high-stakes Extraction gameplay with deep Hack-and-Slash mechanics.
Death Welcomes All
Gods, Death & Reapers is a free-to-play ExtrAction RPG that throws players into a brutal afterlife where mythology is real, and the gods are gone. Starting in Norse Mythology, Death himself has chosen players to help restore balance to realms left in chaos.
The sanctuary is the players’ hidden base where they prepare their gear before entering dangerous battlegrounds. Every run is a gamble: outfight deadly enemies, survive PvPvE clashes and escape with loot. But the stakes are high: death means losing everything players carried. Only successful extractions secure rewards, which can be traded with other players.
Beyond the Extraction mode, new ways to play are on the horizon! Wolcen plans to implement a new single-player story campaign and take on PvE co-op missions where players can share the risk and the spoils with a friend.
