Cap is back and better than ever….

Captain America: The Winter Solider has everything a true nerd could ask for and more. From a stellar cast, enthralling story, and a kick ass plot. I couldn’t find one minor flaw in the film. Captain America: The Winter Solider picks up right after The Avengers Movie and the Battle in New York.  While still trying to catch up to modern times (keeping a list of things to do such as watch Star Wars…etc.), Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) is still adapting to the 21st century. Within the first 10 minutes of the movie, Cap has already boarded a ship with pirates, kicking their ass and taking their names. Everything is going good for him until he arrives back in Washington D.C.  S.H.E.I.L.D comes under attack, leaving everyone wondering, who can you trust?  Killing off SHEILD agents one-by-one, it’s up to Cap and Black Window (Scarlett Johansson) and the newly recruited Falcon (Anthony Mackie) to stop the threat before it destroys them all.

Honestly, I feel this movie is up to par with The Avengers. There is so much to say about Cap 2 that I could talk about for hours. Winter Solider is a huge mixing pot of all of the goodness that Marvel has to offer, from epic spy scenes, to suspense, all the way to adventurous vehicle chases! It seems as if Marvel finally has everything down right. There was not a split second when I wasn’t completely memorized by the film. And this leads to my final point…any film that takes you out of reality, to the point of not even thinking about what else is going on in the real world is an absolutely fantastic movie. So if you have to decide between skip it or ticket then “TICKET”

As with every Marvel movie, stay after the credits for a sweet nerdy surprise, a few Easter Eggs to will lead to the plot of Avengers 2: The Age of Ultron
